Our cheeses

Cheese processing dates back to 3000-2500 BC (Sumerians – Mesopotamia). An Egyptian vase with curdled residue dates back to 2300 BC

Our country is probably the one with the greatest variety of dairy products. Countless cheeses made from cow’s, sheep’s, goat’s and buffalo’s milk.

Our cheeses are free of any chemical and come directly from farms. Our preference goes to raw milk cheeses, not subject to heat process and so keeping all their organoleptic characteristics.
